Remote Support/Assistance is offered through WeaselCam.
Some technical problems can be fixed without an inhouse visit. Using this feature, one of our help desk support technicians can temporarily control your Windows PC and diagnose the problem. From there the technician can determine whether or not the problem can be fixed right then and there or if the computer will need to be physically looked at. Once you have contacted a help desk representative, Click the Link below to open WeaselCam’s Remote Support Program.

to save the Program to your computer)
In order to initiate the remote support connection, download and run the file from the link above.
You should see a screen similar to the image below.
Provide the ID and Password to your WeaselCam Bytes support representative.
